Steve

I waste been working for the same organization for on the justton 24 years. I have been attached to variant locations, but wearing the same uniform. In my most recent denomination I have the opportunity to work with this somebody, who holds the same direct of supervisory responsibility as I do, but he reviews all the work before we turn in each job to the chieftain. I will refer to him as Steve. Steve is an individual that over analyzes everything. He even over analyzes the straddle of the draftsmanship tickets every Wednesday and every Saturday. He also looks at sustenance through a straw. As part of my job, I have to work alongside Steve to make sure all periodic tasking required are accomplished. Every time I communicate something up to Steve, looking for his approval, he reads your lips, first, then analyses in his headword what you just said, and then give your words a different twist. By the time your initial statement gets to the boss, you better be prepared to have your Miranda rights read to you.
One day, Steve missed a dateline of his own. It was one of those gray area inspections, but traditionally has always been carried on by the individuals in his position. I was just not going to do Steves job this time.
When Steve came back, I asked him what did he tell the boss and he got really defensive. He panicked and I could not get through him, so I elevated my voice, and bordering thing I know he is running away and accusing me of almost hitting him.
