I was very pleased, so pleased that when I spoke to the manager I complemented on the service.
Host Cheryl Glasier, brought up a good point when she said that as the economy has expanded, customer service has not. I believe that you verbal connection with you customers is what will keep them coming back, unless of course you have one of those products that dole out itself and you simply cant live without it. UPS is a skin rash example of a great customer service. They give you the choice of ordering and forgetting about it until it gets to your door or they give you the what I call the hold your had option of tracking you parcel of land all the way to your door.
You can even have a heart sent to your mobile device to let you know where your package is and when it has arrived at your house. Whenever you call them with a question, they are always joyful to answer any questions and assist you in any way they can, that is what I think of when I think customer service.
As far as making a complaint, I in person have a hard time doing so because I dont want to be the reason of individual losing their job, but with that said, I will be one of the world-class to complement someone.
