FDR’S tender for “neighborliness” in recent decades has certainly been forgotten by the United States. As the world has undergone substantial changes in many ways, there has been one constant it’s poor expedite with Cuba. Sharing a history that dates back to the colonial multiplication one would think their neighbors to the south would have a cozy relationship with one another. Instead, it is very clear that we argon at odds.
Much of our relationship problems arose when Fidel Castro took power in Cuba. It was thought by many that while he was in charge Cuba would make their democracy. Instead Castro implicated a Communist republic.
The United States and Cuba protest in their cultural patterns in many ways in which they run their countries. The United States burnish is establish on the emancipation of speech and the pursuit of happiness. In the United States flock are free to do what they chose as long as they get into’t break any laws. People in the U.S aren’t tied down to harsh government regulations. They are satisfactory to practice any religion they wish.
In the United States completely people are treated fairly regardless of age, race or gender. It is up to the individual in what they requirement to make in life. The United States culture is set up where people are able to become what they want to be.
The Cuban culture in regards to how their country is set up is very different from the United States. Unlike the United States Cuba is a communist country which certainly would make an opposite culture. In Cuba people are heavily dependent on the government. Although religious freedom was minded(p) in 1959 people are still verbally persecuted (Neptune, 2009). as well people in Cuba are treated differently based on gender. Women in Cuba are often affected
