US v Howard, 471 F.Supp.2d 772 (2007) was an appeal to a causal agent in a District Court that found Kevin Howard, the head Financial Officer of Enron Broadband Services, guilty of wire fraud, falsification corporations books and records, and conspiracy. The seven main players in the mooring were: Howard, Michael Krautz, Rex Shelby, Joe Hirko, and Scott Yeager, Ken Rice and Kevin Hannon. Howard and Krautz were involved with the financial aspects, specifically a transaction called Braveheart. Project Braveheart was a joint project amid Enron Broadband Services and Blockbuster. The idea was to use Blockbusters entertainment library to run all everywhere the Enron network.
