My Encounter

On a brisk fall early morning, I impasse and look through the trees and down brush piece of music beams of sunlight come through the trees causing dew droplets on a spider web to gleam. Taking in this breathtaking routine which turned into minutes, I had figured which path I was approximately to take on my journey. My journey is getting to the other position of the forest where the rest of the hunting party sits and waits for me to arrive. Calling this a deer drive. Keep in mind that many things see while in the woods, such as a pinecone go bad out of a tree when the wind blows, songs sung by birds nearby, and the chatter of two gray squirrels arguing over food. Trying not to make a sound, I take my time position my soles of my boots gently on the crunchy leaves that have fallen from the trees. This approach gives me a better chance to see a deer. As I push on through the dense forest, I punctuate an area where the spruce trees have become tiny and the slender vegetation has become abundant. Many trees have toppled over and begun to decay. I noticed a smell of stagnate water. I stand on the edge of a marsh, and watch steam jump off the murky water while the morning sun beats down on me.

Making the decision to move around the edge of the marsh to the right was a slap-up choice. The walk was easy with many areas where the ground was dry.
