The other night I was watching a show on TV about a Mexican American man who was working at a induce plant making small wages.



The show went on to communicate how this man was frustrated about his current situation and how he was being taken advantage of and he stated the fact that he needed more money to support his family. later on on, another company came in and asked this Mexican American man to work for their office and he would have his own office, reiterate the pay, and many perks. The man responded choke off asking if the man would take to see his credentials first and the business man replied back no I dont need to pee do your credentials. We dont have a Mexican American working for our company and I feel if we did we can make more business transactions with other Mexican Americans and their companies.
