Communication and Collaboration Strategy Paper

Multiple Pathways to Learning estimation and Personality Spectrum Assessment were found to be very informative with identifying learning dashs and a diversity of soulfulnessality types. It can be assumed that these sagacity tools will enable a person to maximize their strengths and discipline for his or her weaknesses.
Individuals, who completed these assessments, argon introduced to specific learning styles. Styles disagree among learners based on their level of concentration and how they process and internalise information. Making case-by-cases aware of their learning differences and reminding them to look for strengths will suspensor in their success.
Listed are three learning styles, my style is intrapersonal. They are:
1.Interpersonal
2.Intrapersonal
3.Verbal/Linguistic
INTERPERSONAL
This person likes to work on projects with others. He or she would be grave in a group move discussing information, apply flash cards with others and even teaching someone else.



To help maximize their strengths, it would be effective to have this individual teach on the subject matter to his or her peers using large and small group activities increasing communication among participants.
INTRAPERSONAL
The intrapersonal style person can evaluate his or her own mentation and thinks and reasons on a higher level. They can understand egotism in relation to others. This person will be virtually effective in keeping a journal and study in a small quiet environment. It would be wise to have this individual keep up with the groups interactions, important dates and extend an opportunity to reflect on information received.
VERBAL/LINGUISTIC
