My knowledge has grown since five weeks ago about communication I understand now how to communicate ethically, which is devising the decision about what is right or wrong and overly communicating with civility accepting others as equal in wanting the same common goals (Dobkin & Pace 2006).
there still are areas I need to improve my communication skills. For one its my writing skills, because they need a lot of improvement. Its so easy for me to speak person-to-person eloquently, but hard-fought to write it down correctly and use the right words.
