If we were to take a time machine back atomic number 6 years ago what would be different? There would not be any McDonalds or Burger Kings. There wouldnt be any video games or com perplexers to play on. Instead of organism inside and watching TV people would be exterior working or playing. We would look at a fit state unlike todays society where obesity is a freehand problem. Whose fault is it for the rising obesity rates? Is it the abstain food restaurants that argon advertising everywhere? Is it all the in the buff video games out there that catches peoples eyes, or could it be the population itself is there a gene in people that get up them crave food or that make it really hard to lose weight. I personally cerebrate that it is a persons fault for becoming round.

Obesity causes many different health problems. It increases channel pressure which can severely hurt the heart. It causes a high percentage of having heart disease. It can also cause a higher percentage of having cancer. Obesity not only affects your bodily health, but also your mental health. For example more obese people tend to have a lower self-esteem which causes depression.
