This critique volition aim to review and outlinemake an analysis of the call interpersonal skills I used during athe practice session in which I acted out a certain scenario with a friend. surface of the four choice scenarios we were given, I choose scenario number four. In this scene I acted as a concerned housemate and confronted the little girl I lived with, discussing issues over her tidiness and irritations over her boyfriend eat my food, smoking in the house and making a swarm ofmuch noise while staying over. This critique will examine the face-off I had with her. Confrontations are filled with effective interpersonal confabulation skills and my intention was tohat by approaching her in an empathetic and disposition manner, using the skills I have learnt, in the the voicing of my concerns were hoped she wouldto be meet me with an equal amount of concern and understanding from her side. In addition to this it is important to be mindful of the nature of conflict when confronting a particular persons behaviour. Both vocal and non-verbal messages are being sent and awareness of ones tone, and facial expressions and consistence language hindquarters dissolve a message from potentially sounding potentially threatening and full of accusation. Thus negative conflict can be avoided and effective communication can commence.



As I review the practise session, this critique will seek to identify a few areas of my strengths and weaknesses in my capability to displaying these necessary skills.
