Freezing wind swirls across the glassful floe tossing and move as if in a long restless sleep. It now and then pops in to say hello to me, while I am sitting in my desolate cave reeking of jaundice cold. If I look up, ice; down, ice; right left, ice ice. Finally, to the front, dim sunlight and masses of very cold, flat, white ice. I think Im inside some sort of cliff, or possibly its a crevass, its hard to tell. The only thing I eff is that the only thing thats warmed up is death.
It was during what they call a blizzard that I ended up in my frigid coffin. Its ghostly cries came in the early morning about 4 days ago. They bit my tent, stole my supplies and my only friends in this curtly land, the huskies. I stumbled around sobbing, screaming, trying to find shelter in the wind-motivated snow.

Its quite interesting what comes into ones discernment while death is caressing you. Superstition, confusion, anger, denial, happiness, acceptance and regret all in a big merciless bundle. Life feels so worthless, my emotions tear at my heart, I feel sick. The sour seek in the back of my mouth gets stronger, how I wish aliment would present itself to me. My feet have been already engulfed by the wrath of frostbite, its daunting how something with no intelligence can kill a man of such power.
