As per the audiobook program , It provides plenty of practice with words , phrases , and beat sentences . It also gives assistanceful hints on avoiding pitfallsThe drills are intended to help me become much conscious of the how the sounds should be produced , even uptually resulting in fluency , smoothness and eventually , automaticity of the tar reward sound . This automaticity can only be achieved with drills and constant practice .

To fulfill this extremity , I am listening to the tapes 10-15 a day more frequent if I have the time .
