Berkline has brought the ideal of establishing a wideer presence in Kava to the table. To create a greater presence in Kava it go away be necessary to understand what this country inevitably from Berkline. Berkline is a trail manufacturer of furniture who came to Kava for better work performance, quality, in addition more than than affordable labor and overhead. For the pros and cons I made a numerate of the advantages and disadvantages of the purposed ideas. Looking at this list it seems that the ideas will have more advantages than disadvantages.
Overall the company will have to spend close to money to increase their presence while giving affirm to the people of Kava. Because labor cost and overhead are more affordable in Kava the price of implementing the purposed plans will stock-still save Berkline money in the end. According to the situational analysis the apex priority would be to address the issue of 50% of the state being children under the age of 15. By working with the tuition system Berkline can reach out to over half(a) of the population of Kava. Beginning with a plan to enhance the childrens education will put Berkline in a really positive light with the people of Kava.
